Holistic wellness isn’t about doing more. It’s about understanding what your body is asking for and responding with intention.

Hey, I’m Amanda

Several years ago, I embarked on a journey to radically change every aspect of my life. What began as a personal turning point has since evolved into a lifelong commitment to growth, healing, and understanding the body as a whole — not something to fix, but something to listen to.

Like many people, I reached a point where everything felt out of alignment. My health, relationships, work, and inner world were unraveling, and I knew — deeply — that continuing the way I was wasn’t sustainable. I didn’t have a clear roadmap, but I had a willingness to change.

That willingness led me into years of personal development, reflection, and habit-building. I read, studied, experimented, and journaled relentlessly. Over time, I learned that transformation doesn’t happen all at once — it happens through awareness, consistency, and compassion. Those early years shaped the foundation of everything I do today.

Then life shifted again.

When I became a flight attendant, the reality of living in constant motion set in. Long days, irregular schedules, disrupted sleep, environmental exposures, and the pressure to “just push through” made it difficult to care for myself the way I once had. For the first time in years, I found myself struggling to stay grounded in my own well-being — even with all the tools I had learned.

That experience changed me.

As flight crew, we are exposed to unique environmental stressors — altitude, radiation exposure, recycled air, disrupted circadian rhythms, and chemical sensitivities — all while maintaining high performance and emotional presence. After a breast cancer scare, I began paying much closer attention to what I was putting in and on my body, and to the cumulative impact of stress and environment on long-term health.

I realized that while many factors are out of our control, some are not.

That realization led me into formal training as a holistic wellness practitioner. I wanted to understand the body from a whole-person perspective — physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual — and learn how to support it sustainably in a demanding world. As I studied, it became clear that much of this information is not easily accessible without extensive research, time, and guidance.

And if I was already doing the work — learning, integrating, and applying it — why not share it?

Today, through Coastline Wellness Collective, I support individuals navigating busy, full lives — moms, flight attendants, professionals, frequent travelers, and anyone feeling stretched thin — who want a more holistic, grounded approach to well-being.

My work is not about perfection, quick fixes, or rigid routines. It’s about understanding how your body communicates, how stress and environment affect your system, and how small, intentional shifts can create meaningful change over time.

I offer holistic wellness coaching, reflective journals, and guided practices designed to support resilience, balance, and mindful living — whether your life is rooted or constantly in motion.

I am still learning. Still growing. Still healing.

And it’s from that place — lived experience, curiosity, and compassion — that I guide others.

If you’re feeling disconnected from your body, overwhelmed by the pace of life, or simply curious about a more holistic way of caring for yourself, you’re in the right place.
